Hello parents! On behalf of our PAC, teachers and administration, we’d like to thank you for your generous support last year. Your contributions supported a variety of initiatives and enabled the PAC to provide our teachers with additional tools that enhanced the educational experience for our children.

2016/17 Funding Highlights

    • $10,000 for new Physical Education equipment
    • $3,200 for Classroom materials (divided equally by class)
    • $2,850 for field trip supplements (divided equally by class)
    • $1,000 for Michael Mitchell “Canada is Great” musical school wide presentation
    • $1,000 for a ArtStarts school wide presentation
    • $20,800 on various items, including: Library books, reading clubs, robots, musical instruments, playground capital campaign fund, Gr. 5 farewell.

This year, we hope to continue the Lynn Fripps tradition of generosity and support. Your donation of $25 per child to a maximum of $50 per family will help us achieve our goals THIS school year. Please help us reach our goal of raising $3,000 through the Classroom Enrichment Drive

The Classroom Enrichment Drive is one of the largest fundraisers for the PAC each year. 100% of the funds are provided to teachers to enhance the classroom and school environment.

School Supplies Order Forms

Your teachers at Lynn Fripps Elementary School are excited to offer the opportunity to purchase your school supplies through School Start for the 2017/2018 school year. This process will save you both time and money.

There are a few simple steps to ensure your child will receive standardized brand name products (specified by each teacher).

Your school is eligible to receive $5/kit back!

  1. We will be sending you a specific grade level supply list.  (See links below)
  2. This order form has a Starter Package (base package) as well as Additional Items Required. The additional items are mandatory by each teacher; they include items such as pencil cases, sharpeners, and calculators. These products do not need to be purchased on a year to year basis if you already have them.
  3. There are two ways to place your order:
    1. You can place your order online at www.schoolstart.ca . Visa &

      MasterCard are accepted.
      Place your order online in May or June and you will automatically be entered for a chance to win a $1000 cash draw!

      When using e-commerce sites, please ensure your browser is Internet Explorer 10.0 or later, Firefox or Chrome

    2. You can also fill out the supplied order form, and return to your school with payment. Please make cheques payable to School Start.
      Order Form Deadline: June 15, 2017

  4. Late orders will be accepted online until September 22, 2017 ($5 late fee will apply after the August long weekend).
  5. The supplies will be packaged and delivered directly to the school in August before your child arrives, labeled with his/her name on the School Start Package.
